Prayer Focus
Lord we thank you for the magnificence of the Kingdom you created.  We are the keepers of it but we fail to look after it as we should and take it so much for granted.  We pray the changes that world governments are introducing to reduce the use of plastics will have a significant impact on the levels of pollution we are witnessing and result in a marked difference to the packaging we use and how we dispose of it.  Lord give us the commitment to take our responsibilities as keepers seriously to ensure generations to come can enjoy and appreciate the wonders of your Kingdom.
Church Membership Course: This will be starting with a meeting next Saturday 28th April – 9 a.m. for breakfast and finishing by 11 a.m. There will be activities for the children of those coming along. This will be followed by some midweek sessions organised to suit those attending and then a final session on Saturday 9th June. Please let the minister know if you would like to attend.
POPPY SCOTLAND: After this year’s 100th Anniversary Remembrance Events, the Lady Haig Poppy Factory in Edinburgh will close for major renovation to the factory during which time they will move into temporary accommodation.
