became minister of Loanhead Church in 2001, having served for 12 years as minister of Coltness Memorial & Bonkle Churches in Lanarkshire. After completing a B.Sc. in mathematics, Graham trained as a teacher before working as a youth worker and then a teacher in Livingstone. Sensing a call to ministry, he returned to university to complete a B.D. and entered full time Christian ministry in 1989.
As well as serving in the local church, Graham works as a consultant with other churches in the local area, helping them develop church life and outreach and is Convener of the Church of Scotland’s Panel on Review & Reform
He is married to Jane, and they have 3 children. Alan (28), Laura (26) and Amy (18).
In his spare time he plays golf.
Married to Chris with two grown up sons and two grandchildren, Mary recently retired as a primary school teacher and has taken up the role of Pastoral Assistant. Mary assists with pastoral visiting, Nursing home services and conducts funerals.
Married to Paul, Catriona has 4 sons, Jamie (24), Kyle (12), Jude (9) and Finn (6).
Born in Northern Ireland, Catriona moved to Edinburgh for Uni and then got a graduate job in Standard Life where she worked as an IT Technician and later an IT Manager for 16 years. Moving to Loanhead in 2003, Catriona took redundancy in May 2014 and was looking for something refreshingly different when the opportunity for this role came along. "It seemed right up my street, developing relationships, being a friendly face, offering support, organising events etc. Encouraging people to join the church family that I really enjoy being a part of."
Alan is employed as a Children's & Youth Worker, leading the Explorers Groups in the local schools, cell groups for children as well as the Connect Bus outreach youth work on Friday evenings. Married to Sarah, Alan is a keen football player and plays in the church football team who compete in the East of Scotland Church League. (Runners up in 2015/16.). A Manchester United fan he's also a season ticket holder at Livingston.
